A steam generator is provided for generating steam. At least two steam injectors (30) are provided, wherein each steam injector (30) corresponds with at least one fan (26). The steam injector (30) is directed along the radial axis of the corresponding fan (26), so that the steam is injected along the radial axis of said fan (26).
