The amount of increase or decrease in the brightness value of each voxel of the offset calculating section is adjustable through a control panel 26, and a tomographic image volume rendering section generates the three-dimensional tomographic image on the basis of a three-dimensional tomographic image volume data in which the brightness value is offset by the offset calculating section.
