The photovoltaic power generation system includes a solar cell module having a plurality of solar cell row groups, a plurality of sensing units respectively connected to the plurality of solar cell row groups, a plurality of amplification units respectively connected to the plurality of solar cell row groups, and a signal control unit that detects currents output from the solar cell row groups in response to sensing signals output from the sensing units, controls a plurality of control signals applied to the amplification units based on the decided signal states, tracks a maximum power based on a voltage and a current output from the solar cell module, and outputs the maximum power.
