In one embodiment the method comprises indicating an acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (A/N) channel of a user equipment in a first cell, the A/N channel according to a first value and a second value, wherein the first value is determined by a physical layer parameter, wherein the second value is indicated by a high layer signaling, and wherein the A/N channel corresponds to a downlink transmission of a second cell.
