The image capturing apparatus includes: an image capturing unit that captures an image of a printout produced by printing print data; an extracting unit that extracts identification information by decoding encoded information extracted from the captured image; a transmitting unit that transmits the extracted identification information to the server apparatus, and a display control unit that causes a display unit to display the captured image and related information transmitted from the server apparatus. The server apparatus includes: an identifying unit that identifies the print data stored in the storage unit in a manner associated with the identification information received from the image capturing apparatus; and a transmitting unit that transmits the related information related to the identified print data to the image capturing apparatus.
