The lens member (28) allows a part of the emitted light, which travels in a direction close to an optical axis (Ax), to reach the light guiding plate (26) as diffusing light that diffuses in a horizontal plane and further allows the emitted light to reach the light guiding plate (26) as parallel light along the optical axis (Ax) in a vertical plane.
