The major dimension being greater than the minor dimension. The skin contacting portion includes a patterned surface. The patterned surface produces a corresponding pattern on skin when the personal care product is applied thereto. The pattern may be configured to deliver a discontinuous film of product to the skin, resulting in natural looking coverage.
