The backing paper is mounted in the paper recess and has two tearing lines, a tear-off paper and a cutting line. The tearing lines are formed in an external surface of the backing paper beside a midline of the backing paper. The tear-off paper is formed on the backing paper between the tearing lines. The cutting line is formed in the external surface of the backing paper. The protective film is detachably mounted on the external surface of the backing paper.
