The function of the signalling devices should not be adversely affected by the light-emitting devices while enabling a modular combination of such systems to increase safety. For this purpose, the frame element has at least two parts in the direction of a central axis (M). At least one groove is provided between the front side and the rear side, which groove extends at least partially around the central axis (M) on the outer side. The light-emitting device is arranged in the groove. The frame element has a recess with an inner side, which recess serves to accommodate an electrical signalling device, wherein the frame element insulates and shields the signalling device from the heat that is generated by the light-emitting device and is transferred by conduction or convection.
