A closure includes a body having an outer skirt configured to be assembled with a container, a deck extending radially inward of the skirt, and a spout extending from the deck in a direction opposite the skirt. The spout surrounds a central portion of the deck that defines at least a first aperture having a front edge substantially flush with a front portion of the spout and a rear edge radially spaced from the rear portion of the spout by a portion of the deck.
