The second carrier wave output device outputs carrier wave using electric power of the second battery, to supply electric power to the external device. The battery remaining capacity reading processor acquires information indicating a remaining capacity of the first battery. The comparing processor compares the remaining capacity of the first battery with of a remaining capacity of the second battery.
