The system includes a first energy information acquiring mechanism that acquires energy information indicating the energy efficiency of the vehicle including at least accelerator pedal opening information, an identification mechanism that identifies the vehicle of good energy efficiency among a plurality of vehicles based on the energy information, and a drive system control mechanism that controls the drive system of the own vehicle based on the accelerator pedal opening of the other vehicle that has been identified as energy efficient.
