The shield shell is integrally formed with a ring pressing part that closes the rear end opening to cover a rear end of a waterproof ring disposed in the terminal insertion hole and prevent the waterproof ring from a detachment. The shield shell is integrally formed with an electric wire pressing part that is fitted to an outer periphery of the electric wire inserted into the terminal insertion hole and restricts displacement of the electric wire in a radial direction of the electric wire.
