The organic light-emitting display device further includes an organic layer disposed on the plurality of the anodes, an opening penetrating the organic layer to expose the auxiliary electrode, and a cathode disposed on the organic layer and the exposed auxiliary electrode. The cathode is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. The opening has a first width at a proximal end and a second width at a distal end. The distal end is closer to the auxiliary electrode than the proximal end. The first width is smaller than the second width.
