A pair of through-holes representing a group of through-holes arranged near to one another extends through each of the fixing flanges. A separation distance β in the circumferential direction defined between the pair of the through-holes belonging to the same group of the through-holes is smaller relative to a separation distance γ in the circumferential direction defined between adjacent through-holes belonging to different groups of the through-holes.
