Health data is received from multiple data sources and is used to populate a framework comprising at least one topic focused data mart. Each topic focused data mart has a common structure and is associated with a web service providing standard features supported by each topic focused data mart and custom features specific to a topic associated with each topic focused data mart. In various embodiments, demographic information is received from a clinician and is utilized to present context-specific data derived from the topic focused data mart.
