The touch panel further includes a second substrate formed on the first adhesive layer, a second reflection conversion layer formed on the second substrate, multiple belt-like second conductive layers formed on the second reflection conversion layer in a direction perpendicular to the first conductive layers, a second adhesive layer formed on the second conductive layers, and a cover sheet disposed on the second adhesive layer. Pigment is dispersed in at least one of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer.
