At that point, the movement of the movable body (3) is monitored by providing a first photo reflector (580a) and a second photo reflector (580b) on side surfaces of a fixed body (200). Here, a smooth layer (590) such as a resin tape, a metal sheet, a coating layer, plate glass or a reflective board is laminated onto side surfaces of the movable body (3) at a region facing the first photo reflector (580a) and a region facing the second photo reflector (580b).
