The coupling receptacle is delimited in the entire region of the carrier cross section by an outer web having an end face forming a planar bearing area. The coupling receptacle is delimited by side walls which extend step-free from the bearing area to a bottom area and include a pair of opposing clamping segments extending in the circumferential direction and a pair of opposing torque segments arranged at an angle thereto. The tool also includes a cutting head exchangeably fastened to the carrier, the cutting head having a coupling pin disposed in the coupling receptacle. At least one of the pairs of segments is oriented inclined in relation to the axis of rotation.
