The projecting module is disposed within the main body for generating an image beam. The switching mechanism is movably disposed on the main body. When the switching mechanism is located at a first position, the image beam is projected along a first projecting path, and the portable electronic device is in a first operating mode. When the switching mechanism is located at a second position, the image beam is projected along a second projecting path, and the portable electronic device is in a second operating mode.
