A shield pattern may be formed in the first and/or second disconnection detecting signal layer and avoiding the disconnection detecting signal pattern. The data signal pattern may be formed so as to be covered by the disconnection detecting signal pattern. At least a part of the signal pattern may be formed so as to avoid the disconnection detecting signal pattern.
