The deterrent assembly is useful to emit audible sounds via speaker(s), and illumination via the illuminators and appear as a bird of prey such that pests are visually and sound deterred from remaining within a vicinity of a location of the deterrent assembly, the deterrent assembly adjustable, and operated via natural ambient sources.
