A head portion of the screw is housed inside the housing portion, and the screw is inserted through an insertion portion in one side wall of the housing portion and fastened to the frame. A tool hole is formed in another side wall of the housing portion. A tool can accordingly be inserted through the tool hole to fasten the screw to the frame. The other side wall is formed with a fixing hole that fixes a spring cover, the fixing hole overlapping with the head portion as viewed along the screw fastening direction. A placement space of the screw and the fixing hole in the body as viewed along the screw fastening direction can accordingly be made small.
