In a case where the job is determined to involve the storage job, the analysis unit performs simplified analysis processing for obtaining list display information for displaying storage target data stored by the storage job prior to the data storage processing. When the communication unit receives a display request for displaying a list of jobs including the storage job from a second image forming apparatus, the communication unit transmits, to the second image forming apparatus, list information including information about the storage target data.
