The driving circuit of the AMOLED panel comprises: a driving transistor; a first transistor; a second capacitor; an organic light emitting diode; a voltage adjustment module, which is connected to a first control signal terminal, a second control signal terminal and a high level signal terminal, and is connected with the second capacitor, the driving transistor and the first transistor, for adjusting a gate-source voltage of the driving transistor connected with the second capacitor, such that a driving current of the driving transistor in a saturation status is independent of its threshold voltage.
