The spirals are joined together to form the flat structure such that, before the thermofixing operation, the result is a clear width, as viewed in the plane of the flat structure, for the free cross sections of the spirals connected to one another to form the flat structure, which clear width is larger than a clear height of the free cross section of each spiral.
