First quantitative physical storage constraints associated with storing are assessed; second, quantitative physical converting constraints associated with converting the stored managed information from the source version information to the presentation version information is assessed, the converting being executed before the storing, and/or after the storing, on a dynamic trade-off basis between the first and second assessing; third, quantitative physical transfer constraints associated with transferring the managed information over a transfer facility are assessed, with the execution having a further dynamic trade-off basis through using the third assessment.
