These components are arranged such that the actuator member is displaceable relative to the housing such that upon application of a force to the actuator member against a bias of the resilient member, a terminal end of the actuator member contacts a target area of a screen surface of a touchscreen device such that an electrical charge is allowed to be conducted between a top portion of the actuator member and the target area of the screen surface.
