The documentation device further includes a timing device for capturing a point in time, at least one sensor, at least one input device for capturing inputs, and a storage device to store for readout at least one measured value captured by the at least one sensor device and/or an input captured by the at least one input device. The at least one measured value and/or the at least one input is associated by the timing device with the point in time of the capture.
