The pantographic mechanisms (11) are arranged in the spaces between vertical beams (5a) and the two cars (6), (7) and each has a pivot point at the longitudinal central portion of vertical beams (5a) extending vertically in outer frame (5). Due to the pantographic mechanisms (11), the story height adjustment range in the direction in which the two cars (6), (7) approach each other is not restricted.
