According to an aspect, a device includes analog-to-digital conversion comparators configured to effect analog-to-digital conversion of an analog input signal; redundant comparators configured to effect error correction for the analog-to-digital conversion; and encoder circuitry configured to generate a digital output signal based on outputs of the analog-to-digital conversion comparators and the redundant comparators.
