The insulation (4) of the leads is composed of a poorly compressible, cross-linked elastomer insulation material whose insulation resistance constant at room temperature is greater than 4,000MΩkm. The shield (7) is composed of a non-woven fabric on the basis of polyamide which. is rendered electrically conductive through metallization.
