A surgical instrument includes a first member extending between a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end includes a plurality of fingers extending radially outward in a tapered configuration. A second member extends between a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the second member is configured for mating with the distal end of the first member. A third member has an inner surface defining a cavity configured for disposal of the first member and engagement with the first member to fix the first member with the second member.
