The fastening part is linearly movable by the adjusting device relative to the coupling part, and the adjustment device includes a setting wheel mounted on the coupling part or on the fastening part so as to rotate about an axis. The adjustment device also includes at least two axially spaced transmission devices for converting a rotary movement of the setting wheel into a linear movement of the fastening part relative to the coupling part.
