The first piezoelectric layer is disposed on the lower electrode layer and positioned inside of the opening section when viewed in the plan view. The upper electrode layer is disposed on the first piezoelectric layer. The second piezoelectric layer is disposed on the lower electrode layer and positioned outside of the opening section when viewed in the plan view.
