That is, the female connector portion is provided with: a casing; seal sections for sealing off the interior of the casing; first and second electrodes provided inside the casing; and an electrode connection control section that separates the first and second electrodes from each other in a state in which the female connector portion is not fitted to the male connector portion, and connects the electrodes together in a fitted state.
