The stopper may include a base portion arranged to close the first recessed portions, and elastically deformable hook portions each arranged to be inserted into a separate one of the second recessed portions to be engaged with the locking portion. The rotor core may include first plates and second plates placed upon one another. Each first plate may include first locking elements each defining an opening, while each second plate may include second locking elements each defining a larger opening. The locking portions may be defined by arranging the second plates axially inward and placing the first plates upon the second plates.
