Abstract:
Method for the production of indexable inserts, which exhibits the following: Deposition of a layer of cutting tip material forming the indexable inserts (40) by means of a PVD method on a dissolvable profiled substrate (10), and—dissolving of the substrate to produce the form of free-standing parts as indexable inserts.
