Said method comprises: determining a layout control image, one or more windows being comprised in said layout control image; generating layout control information according to the layout of said one or more windows in said layout control image; and sending said layout control information to said display apparatus, so that said display apparatus sets correspondingly the layout of said one or more signal sources in the display screen of said display apparatus according to the layout of said one or more windows in said layout control image. Therefore, a user can implement flexible control operations of display configuration in a visual manner, and the user experience can be improved.
