Apparatus, systems, and methods may operate to add opaque state information to a data file that includes dynamic content and is organized according to a page descriptive format. The opaque state information can be referenced to a comment and a comment state selected from a plurality of states associated with the dynamic content. In some embodiments, the apparatus, systems, and methods may operate to access the data file and the opaque state information to recreate the comment state associated with the dynamic content.
