A fluid flow path extends through the bore from a first fluid inlet of the appliance to a first fluid outlet of the appliance. A primary fluid flow path extends at least partially through the body from a second fluid inlet of the appliance to a second fluid outlet, and comprises, within the body, a first section and a second section in which a heater is located. The first section is arranged to direct fluid over an internal surface of at least one of the annular walls. The first section is arranged upstream of, or in parallel with, the second section.
