Every stable position of the control stem (10) drives a stable position of a pull-out piece (20) fitted to one of said sides and moveable relative to a boss (210) of said bar (80). In said stable pull-out piece position, any movement applied to the control stem (10) causes the pivoting movement, of either a single first control train (810), or a single second control train (820).
