The movement member is disposed to move vertically above the elastic member in the opening portion, and the biasing portion elastically contacts the movement member. The shield plate set includes a protrusion protruding in the opening portion, the movement member includes a concave portion which engages with the protrusion, the conductive member includes an inclined surface portion which extends so as to be inclined on an opposite side of the concave portion, and the biasing portion of the elastic member elastically contacts the inclined surface portion.
