The body has one or more internal channels in selective fluid communication with the collection port. The collection port includes a collection bowl, and a slide valve assembly operable to be selectively positioned in an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the collection bowl is accessible for sample deposition, and in the closed position the collection bowl is inaccessible for sample deposition.
