A handle comprises at least one handle flap foldably connected to the top panel at a fold line. The at least one handle flap has a first width corresponding to a maximum width of the last least one handle flap. The top panel has a second width corresponding to a minimum distance between a first edge and a second edge of the top panel. The first width is less than the second width.
