An operation controller selects a file stored in association with the first print settings according to an instruction from a user who has logged into the image forming apparatus. A CPU executes print processing according to the first print settings when the first print settings are associated with the selected file, and on the other hand executes print processing according to the second print settings when the first print settings are not associated with the selected file.
