A method according to an example embodiment includes receiving a first AMS chat request, causing a second AMS chat request that is associated with an existing AMS chat session to be transmitted, and receiving an AMS chat answer in response to the second AMS chat request, the AMS chat request being configured to allow a mobile communication terminal to enter the existing AMS chat session.
