The power supply portion is connected to an external power supply and configured to generate a DC voltage. The driving portion is configured to drive with, as power, the DC voltage generated by the power supply portion. The detection portion is configured to detect a cut-off state of the external power supply with respect to the power supply portion. The control portion is configured to perform control so as to drive the driving portion when the cut-off state of the external power supply is detected by the detection portion.
