The lever device, which assists the pivoting movement of the pivoting arm on the main body of the kitchen appliance, makes it possible to provide an operation which is safe for a user, since the movement of the pivoting arm is always controlled by the lever device. Furthermore, pivoting of the pivoting arm can be provided without direct interaction of the user.
