The inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole has an abutting portion that abuts with an engaging recessed groove in the outer surface of the mounting projecting portion. The mounting portion has a guide portion that slides on a sliding surface of the outer surface of the mounting projecting portion with the relative rotation of the handle member and the bottle body, and guides the relative rotation.
